So, in order to sell something we must attract the potential customers. These potential customers are not just visitors to your website; they are also people from your target market that are going to sign-up for your list. So, let’s compare internet marketing to retail business. Now, retail business has a store for potential customers to walk, to walk into okay. Your website is your store, so you don’t need to have a sophisticated site. In freely marketing, you really don’t necessarily need a website. It makes life very very easy, ahmm a lot easier.

But basically you are redirecting the traffic to sales page. For it’s lot easier with your own exiting site you can run amountful promotions and I will show you some of the reasons why few things it will help us do in the future. A… we’re going to talk about how make high performing videos fast. If you don’t know little about me, my name is Dwayne Phelps, a… I own a company called Essential Networker, it deals with internet network marketing and internet marketers, teaches them how to build the businesses online a… and I’m not sure of exact strategies I used, make videos fast, effectively and help them convert, its kicked on.

If you’re not including video marketing as one of your strategies, you’re missing the boat! Here’s exactly why. It’s the only marketing method that puts you right out in front of people and makes you real to them. It’s the top way to brand your face and voice. People are more willing to buy or join up with a person who has a face and voice to them.

You’re just not an ad somewhere in internet land, this allows you to break the dreaded credibility gap and up our sales conversions drastically. Many sources say video marketing will be 85% of all traffic online. So eventually you’ll be forced to learn videos, no matter what you do, no matter whether you like it or not.

So, the top problem people have with videos is that they don’t know what to say or in what format to actually be effective with it. I have basically been using 4 step formula for doing my videos. It doesn’t matter the niche. Whether it is an affiliated product, my product, home business a… network marketing, what ever it is doesn’t matter. This will help you create videos that convert to targeted and qualified traffic immediately.

Here is the formula. First you need a very powerful opening statement which includes the problem you’re going to solve. This will hook them to stay, instead of clicking their back button. Your opening statement should be like a head line.

Stay tuned because I’m going to show you exactly how to generate traffic, targeted traffic with video marketing strategies no one uses but me. That right there would be a headline. You’re telling them why, what’s the benefit of them to sit there you know this four minute video when they can just basically press back button and go find something else. You got to hook the… you got to hook them otherwise they’re not going to even you know stay till the end where your follow action is.

After that you want to talk a little bit about your background and who you are. Make sure to make it in relation with what your about to talk about. This will brand you and give you authority in what you’re saying. Talk about your background, you know. If you’re not successful in whatever and endeavor you’re talking, talk about what you’re doing. Talk about the actions that you’re taking on a daily basis to change your life and show… and showcase that you’re a leader. Now don’t just say I’ve never done anything and I’ve never made any money a… but here’s a video that you need to watch. Now doesn’t work like that. You got to talk about positives. People attracted to that.

Once you’ve done that now you should talk about solutions. You should sell the hole, not the drill. What I mean by this is that you don’t talk about your product or service you are up to I mean about what ever you’re doing, you talk about how their problem can be solved and in that relation you obviously have something that solves the problem. You don’t even actually talk about the product or service.

Once you establish how they… how they can solve their problem, give them call to action. A… you show them what’s the safer sample someone is in debt and you’re showing him a way you can get him out of debt. The solutions to it and then you got to give him a way to go get it a… which can be your website, your phone number, maybe your email.

It all depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. I usually send people to… a website is sometimes targets exactly what I… what I talked about. My headline in my video or something like that if it’s a niche product I talk about that exact solution in my actual website I’m sending them to. I don’t send them to any engineering, otherwise it doesn’t connect a… in this where they can get the solution that you talked about. So you got to be able to back up what you’re saying.

Very simple, very simple step by step process if you follow me, you’ll have great success, you know. You don’t have to go out and buy a five thousand or course on video marketing. Just make videos consistently. Follow that formula and do it in your conviction in your voice and the way you talk and the way you present yourself, will come across more confident as you go.

In this A 9 process, Mark will take an article. He’ll convert it into a press release. From that press release he’ll convert it into a blog post. From that blog post, he’ll convert it into a video. From the video, he’ll convert it into a podcast. From the podcast what he’ll do is he’ll create a pseudo lens and then there are another two which this man doesn’t know. Go ahead and enjoy!

How do you think that you could go about and start dominating your market? Well, how do you think? Well, for starters I can tell you probably that you go and you will write an article, to start off with. So with that article what you’ve got to understand is, let…, let me a little story, right up.

I was mentoring a guy a couple of months ago a… a guy… a guy and his girlfriend and they were in financial training area but a… and so I was talking to them and I was kind of like giving them… telling them how they can start to dominating the market and so is given them lots of different traffic strategies and things like that.

And one of them was article marketing because I felt that what they need to say and how they could write. One of them told me that they are absolutely brilliant at writing articles. So I said “Brilliant. Right now I want you to start writing articles on… on your chosen age topic.” So I saw them a couple of months later and then I said to them, so how’s it going a… how have your a… well… your… your dominating your market kind of exploits been coming along and how… how’s the list building began and basically he said to me oh, it hasn’t been going really well at all, said…

Ya… He said …I’ve been doing articles like you said but I haven’t been getting great response from the articles at all. And I asked them, that’s a bit unusual I said and a… sorry if you listen to me man but I was just going to use you as a case study because… because… I … I found this… I found this quite… quite… quite silly and so I asked them “all right mate a… how many articles have you actually got off?” and he said “ three” and I said “what?” and I actually chuckled.

I said “seriously, you only have three articles off in your nitch and you’re expecting to get traction from that?” and he was like a… I said to him “didn’t I say that you needed to have a couple of hundred articles up there?” he was like a… ya… oh I just haven’t had time. But like what this is all about?

This is all about you kind of, if you want to dominate your market, this isn’t a push book kind of thing. This… This is a business. Every business that has their kind of their place in this market has actually spent to time to go out there and to actually make life.

You know, they… they actually make life easy for themselves by getting out there and you know creating articles. They don’t create three articles, they create hundreds of articles. But you don’t have to create a hundred articles all at once but maybe what I told him was.

Now actually I do remember telling him that what he should do is a… maybe create five articles a week. And what is five articles a week? That’s two hundred articles a month.

So say if I say lets create two hundred articles a year, all right? Let’s create two hundred articles. What you got to do is you got to do a thing that Tony Robins called is chunking down. So two hundred articles, wow that sounds like quite a lot of articles, all right. But what if you chunk that down? What if you broke that down and you just say all right, so hundred articles, I got to get two hundred articles, so I’ve to do five a week. Five a week doesn’t sound too bad.

And with those five a week, what you can then start doing is actually kind of like growing your presence online. But there’s… there’s a one person in this… in this game that I actually really respect quite a lot.

His name is Mark Bezak. I think he has an absolutely brilliant way of looking at it and I look what he does with content. And one other thing that Mark does is the thing called A 9 process and you can have a look on the internet. It’s called the A 9 process by Mark Bezak.

And what this is, is he will take an article and I’m not sure if I know the complete A 9 process is but I should do anyway. So he’ll take an article. He’ll convert it into a press release. Right up. From that press release he’ll convert it into a blog post. From that blog post, he’ll convert it into a video. From the video, he’ll convert it into a… a podcast. From the podcast what he’ll do is, he’ll create a a… from the podcast I think he’ll create a pseudo lens and then I think there is another two.

But… have… have a look there. I cant obviously think at the moment… over the top of my head. What Mark basically is doing is he’s going out and he’s saying, all right, well this one piece of content I wanted to be found and its not going to be found if I just put it out. Well, not going to be found as easily if I just put it out as one piece of content.

So what I’m going to do is, I’m going to actually put it out as nine pieces of content and I’m going to break it down into all the different media. So people are looking and searching. Different people have different ways that they like to view things. So what he’s given basically his piece of content nearly every chance available to be seen and so also what he’s doing he’s given chances for people to come to his squeeze page and build his list.

That is genius. So you got to really put the effort into this, you know. When you put the effort in, you will start to reap the rewards and that is really, really, really what you have to do. So instead of Mark writing three articles, write a hundred articles. Then with those hundred articles you know, break them back down into blog post, break them back down into videos, break them back down into podcast, break them back down into pseudo lenses. You know that is what you have to do.

As per John Marshal, people who join network and internet marketing do not build their own list of people they want to approach. They rely on list given by the companies. This is not good. John says that if the company, for which you are working for long, shuts down or kicks you out, you must have your own list of people to whom you can market other products of the company you join. There is no way you can work for a company which does not allow you to build your own list.

What is up everybody, this is John Marshal. Welcome to my blog whoisjohnmarshal.com. this is day 2 of my a… 60 marketing tips in 30 days. So today is day 2. This is the morning, so this is tip number 3. Tip no. 3 is going to be covering “why build you list?” why should network marketers, internet marketers be building their own list? This is a big question out there. Lot of people don’t know why they should be building their list. So I may go over just a few points here why you should be building your own list. So hopefully you can kind of understand why its so important to really focus on building your list.

So, first thing is can be positioning. Right? Positioning in brand. When you start building your own list, you are positioning in a brand in yourself as a leader. Now, as your list grows, you start positioning yourself as a bigger and bigger leader. Now the more people that follow you, the more power you have because the more people that follow you and listen the more power you will have because more people are gonna want work with you more people are going to think that you are an expert so it just starts to really snowball as your list gets bigger and bigger. A.. its just like that with anything in life you know if you… like Operah … as her viewership grew and grew the more power that she end up getting. So its going to be the same with your list. It might not, you know, you list to you might not be worth really too much when you have only 12, 20, 30 followers but when that thing starts ground 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30000 people, that’s how it becomes very powerful list and it really does position you as a leader and an expert.

So, a… step no. 2 is going to be marketing and income streams. When you have a list, you can market anything you want to that list. You can market a… affiliate products, you can market businesses, you can market anything that you believe that your list would want. I mean you just can over market to whom there is a balance there but you get what I am saying. With that list you can end up marketing multiple things which in turn become multiple income streams because everybody on your list is not going to be in your business and lets say the 20,000 people that get on your list in next few years lets say only 3 or 400 often join your business.

That’s you know 19,500 people out there they said no then you can market something else to them. Then you can monetize those people and get more income. That is very it is very important have your own list is for.. is monetizing. So, they are —-. This happens to a lot of network marketers a… you know they are been in network marketing for a few years. Something happens to their company. Goes out of business, a… they just get tired of the company, may be it gets changed in the leadership, they don’t like where they are going, they want to leave. It’s very hard for network marketers to leave a company that have spent so much time building up. Well, if you are building your own list, if you want to leave a company, you get kicked out of a company, for whatever reason, you are going to start a new business.

All you have to do is send an email up to that list and who knows if you marketed and build a good relationship with that list, you might have, you know 15, 100, 200 depending on size of your list, new reps in your company right from day one. Excuse me. That’s why its so important to be building your own list. If you are in a network marketing company right now and you are building your.. you are building a list but for a network marketing company and they don’t allow you to build your own list, you might want to look into a different company, you might want to try finding a new, another way to build your list and you are putting those names into a database, where you can market to whom and you can monetize. In this how to video brought to you by pixeo.com, we’re going to be discussing how to speed up the process of directory submission. Ah… we all need to do it one way linking into our site is a valuable key to, you know, getting good ranking into the top search engines like Google and Yahoo. So what we did, we searched the internet to try to find a way to help speed up this process. Now here we are. We’re looking at just a basic form in uh… one of the, you know, directories. This one here happens to be a P.R form. Um… so, you know, we definitely want to get out information in here, and one of the old ways that I do it, I’m sure a lot of you do it too, is the old copy and paste method. And the one thing that we have to do is, we have to get this information in there, and we’ve got to manually submit because as we know, Google and Yahoo seem to know, they can get a good record on which directories, you know, offer the human edited side of things which mixed a link even more valuable to you.

Now, this process here is really slow. So we searched the internet, we found a lot of things out there, and uh… lot of tools that kind of cross you, actually, and we wanted to find something that was free. Something that we can actually speed up the process for no cost at all. And uh… we actually found a plugin for Firefox. First of all, if you’re in the SEO industry or looking to market your website, if you don’t have Firefox, you need to get it. It’s a great tool, you’ve got a lot of plug-ins, it really makes the internet marketing process um… work a lot smoother, and the tool that we actually are talking about today is a semi- auto form fill tool. It’s a great tool. Basically, we walk in, we click the arrows, we add our URL, we add our email, we’re going to add our name, and all this stuff is already filled in. So, we’re just adding it all in, we just click keywords, hit OK, and we’re done. Now that process is a lot faster. It’s got a lot of directories to submit to. Uh… we got the directories uh… all over the internet. There’s lists of them everywhere. Basically what we want to do is we want to submit to as many as possible, so we can get the ranking faster, so we can get the customers to start coming into your site, and uh… that’s pretty much the process.
