This will give you the good insight as to how you can develop your own web site for better SEO. Be Niche specific.

If your web site is very specific about a particular niche, it will be very easier to rank high in the search engines if your web site is most relevant about that niche. Estimate your search traffic. One of the most important aspects of SEO is knowing how much traffic is out there.
